Do you get any error or warning if you run IceCat directly from the
run-icecat.sh script in a terminal?
If you get errors about missing .so files then there is need to
configure the LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable inside run-icecat.sh, otherwise
youtube is not working correctly with your gnash version.
Youtube is supported well by the current CVS version of gnash.
