[Bug-gnubg] Selfcontained current gnubg-win zip-file

Hi all,

I've tried to make a zip-archive of gnubg build by Jon Kinsey's mingw
method. It includes more or less only what is needed, though there are
too many dlls. I'm not sure how portable it is since I had some problems
with loading and using the neural nets on some of the computers that I
tried. Feel free to download it from here at least for the time being:
