Hi Christian, a few missing things :

- the textures directory and the textures.txt file (in gnubg source root

- the share/themes/*.* dirs and files from mingw install dir (GTK themes).
Probably only one of these is needed, but I'm not an expert and the files
are small anyway (32Kb total, no need to bother).

I'll cross check the need of all the dlls (I'm almost sure you're zipping
some unnecessary ones).

Anyway, I've almost everything ready with ImmoSetup (free software that
creates installations under XP, http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php).
As soon as I'm done, I can pass you the .iss file and then the distrib
creation is trivial (install InnoSetup, then double-click on the .iss file,
the click on build button). The result is a nice exec that install, creates
desktop and start menu shortcuts, all with unistall capabilities.
