You'd need to click on the stop button first. Then you can gracefully resign.

But it would be reasonable to imply a click on stop when resigning. I don't have enough time lately to implement, though. Somebody else?

Plus, you send out files to repair the current build but I haven't a clue
how to incorporate them into my GNU program. Sorry, I'm not well informed
about how to do these things.
Usually, you just need to copy files into the installation folder of gnubg, commonly C:\Program Files\gnubg. Also, Oystein has made a new installation archive which should include all necessary files. Just reinstall with this. http://home.online.no/~oeysteij/
