I ran the test on windows 2000.  I made changes to the code to monitor the 
memory usage.

You can just open the task manager and look at the performance page, It 
should be clear if the memory usage is going up over time.

If you send me your settings file (.gngbautorc) or just tell me what they 
are (if they're straight forward) I can try to run the same test as you.
