The answer is simple - I don't use GNUbg.My code is a python layer over a derivation of GNUbg 0.0. Very flexibale and quite fast. My cube code is different, but that makes little difference when performing larg scale compariosions. This is a developer setup, not a "user" setup. However, any user programming in python could learn to use it, I guess. 500000 7ptr matches takes about 24 hours on my machine, An Athlon 1800XP with 256M of ram. -Joseph address@hidden writes:
I was wondering how Joseph Heled ran his 500000 test session between 0.14 and 0.13 weights because even using the no gui and game record off and display computer moves off my PC with 256mb Ram really strts straining after ~4500 games.ThanksMichael
