Setup.exe installs and works fine :-)

Perhaps change the filename of Setup.exe?
Two reasons:
1. Other programs also use Setup.exe and not all Window users 'find their
way' through downloaded files.
2. For a new user, it looks as if he/she has to download the Setup.exe and
the Snapshot (and then a new 'challenge' for that user: with or without
GTK?)

So maybe:
SetupGNUBgyymmdd.exe ?

(and the sounds... as long as async is used instead of sync, some sounds
don't get time to be played)
