The 0917 windows setup archive @ Oystein's page seems to still download the
0813 executable.

I downloaded Nardy's 0917 build, installed, and the new features and sounds
seemed to work.  I've had a couple anomalies which I will investigate
further and provide a  more detailed report.

After downloading and installing the "Installation archive" from Oystein's
page, the screen had reverted to the old layout, and the "about"said it was
the 0813 build.
I downloaded the snapshot 0917 from Oystein's page, and now I have the
latest board layout, "about" says 0918 build, but the sounds do not work.
The .wav files are still present in the /gnubg/sounds directory, and
gdbm.dll is present in /gnubg directory.
