Wrong --help of tar 1.13.19 (--newer, --newer-mtime)

Hello,

I'm translating message catalog to Czech, and I found
this english help lines:

  -N, --newer=DATE             only store files newer than DATE
      --newer-mtime            compare date and time when data changed only

In tar, both options have required argument, and it may be Date or
File. Here is fixed text:

  -N, --newer=DATE             only store files newer than DATE.
                               DATE may be date or filename. 
      --newer-mtime=DATE       compare date and time when data changed only.
                               DATE may be date of filename.

or add following sentence to text under help (before 
"ARCHIVE may be FILE, HOST:FILE or address@hidden:FILE; ..."):

DATE may be date or filename.

and help text:

  -N, --newer=DATE             only store files newer than DATE
      --newer-mtime=DATE       compare date and time when data changed only
