[grep] fr.po patch

Hello,

Here is a patch for grep-2.4.2/po/fr.po.  The cedilla is an error, and
I think "GNU grep" is a constant string in --version that shouldn't be
modified so that automatic version-parsing programs can recognize GNU
grep.

Tell me if something is wrong.
