`make-help-screen' is missing the line concerning C-h d
We don't aim for this kind of completeness in the Emacs documentation.
That would just bloat it and would not help users. We freely omit
features that don't seem worth documenting.
Now, if a feature is significantly useful and is not documented, it
MAY be worth documenting, so it is worth reporting the absence.
