   Documented in what way?  Try "C-h k" followed by menu selection of
   one of these, and you will see its documentation.

   If you mean ``documented in the manual'', then no, they aren't.
   Menu-bar bindings are generally not documented in the manual, since
   they should be self-explanatory, especially now that they pop tooltips
   with additional help text.

Please make it your policy to be nice to mouseless users.
Keyboard-only users need access to all functionality.
Nowhere in the manual should a user be directed to mouse menus
without reference to keyboard access.  This is important.

   If you mean list-faces-display and list-colors-display, then they are
   documented elsewhere in the manual, where the user would more
   naturally look for them.

A focus group might give a different opinion on the ease of
hunting them down in a manual lacking their real names.
This is now fixed in this particular case but there may be others.
