That line shows how to call the function. It is present in all the
other doc strings, except that some functions take arguments and some
don't.

That will teach you to follow the instructions ;-):
"To terminate the rot13 display, delete that window."
See? it says ``to terminate the display'', not ``to terminate the
display of that one rot13-messed buffer''.

rot13-other-window).
