Oh, I guess I was used to seeing  "Usage: ", silly me.

Ok, but it also says "Display _current buffer_ in rot 13 in another
window." but it obviously goes beyond this claim as it even rot13'd my
mom's holiday greeting card that wasn't in the current buffer.  Good
thing I wasn't sending a message to Clinton at the time :-)
