Summary: Documentation: Use `show-changeset' instead of `patch-report'
Original Submission: A number of places in the docs reference the (apparently)
non-existant command `patch-report', which I gather was an old name for
show-changeset (in larch?).
This patch just updates those references to use `show-changeset' instead.
