Summary: tla cacherev generates incorrect inode signature when cacheing into a
mirror
Original Submission: if one issues
$ tla cacherev <a revision identifier in a mirror>
the generated tarball contains a {arch}/,,inode-sigs directory with entries for
the mirror registered name, not the mirrors canonical name. Folk unpacking the
tarball will presumably be doing so to build the revision under the canonical
name, so it should be used.
Additionally, cacherev could use a line of text such as "To cache a revision
into an already mirrored archive, supply cacherev with the mirror location as
part of the version specification. Cacherev understands mirrors and will
generate an appropriate cached revision." in the help.
