I told DFArc to look in its directory instead of C:/Program Files by
default.  Can you test if this fix works for you?

- download
  http://www.freedink.org/snapshots/woe/dfarc-3.3.20090830.exe

- place it in your Dink directory (I think you used E:/FreeDink)

- double click on dfarc-3.3.20090830.exe
