This list is the right place to report bug. When it's fixed, I'll
point you to a snapshot that you can test :)

Currently your best option is to configure the Dink directory as I mentioned:

In "Options", use "Override the Dink Smallwood directory" and type
  E:/Program Files/FreeDink , it should work.

Then you can download .dmod files from the Dink Network. When you
double-click on the .dmod files, DFArc3 will be started and will offer
to install it.

Also .dmod files are really .tar.bz2 files so you can extract them
with the 7-Zip archiver if you ever need to do so.

Hmmm, no. The problem is that DFArc3 should check in its directory for
a Dink installation and use it as the default location (instead of
C:/Program Files/...). This hasn't been programmed yet.

The latest release is 3.2.3 - maybe there's a page that points to
3.2.1 and needs to be fixed?

When I check:
http://www.freedink.org/get#ms-woe
it points to 3.2.3 alright.

The DFArc .zip files contain a dfarc-NEWS.txt file which mentions the
latest changes, by version.
