I would like an official statistics-log output, that is, ever
time the screen updates with new details, I'd like those
details also put to a running logfile so I can do
post-scan/copy analysis of the drive to see if it had any weak
zones (ie, monitoring where the transfer rate drops well below
the sustained average).
ie, a log like this:
time, input_pos, average_rate, current_rate,err_count, err_size
