I won't suggest any time frame.  Whenever you feel like you have a good
size chunk, I guess.  I will say that you might have trouble getting the
time it takes to commit the file out of me if you send patches more than
once a week, but I can collect them all weekly or bi-weekly and commit
them.  :)

I don't know.  I've never looked so closely at another translated work,
but I would guess it would go under the byline (list of authors)?
