If these are other files that automake gets from autoconf, you might
want to consider getting texinfo.tex from either the texinfo or gnulib
savannah projects, and config.{guess,sub} from gnulib.

I don't know where the original master for config.{guess,sub} really is.
I have gnulib set up to copy them from prep when they change :).  Maybe
people edit them directly on gnudist?
