I'm not concerned about the licence but about patent claims.  Forgent's
claims were rejected by the USPTO last May, so it might be safe.  But
I'm not sure.

This discussion is probably academic anyway since chances are that I
won't be uploading a new version of the bundle after official Emacs
binaries for Windows will have been put on ftp.gnu.org.
