Not to beat this to death, but today I added Settings controls for the font size as well as for the foreground and background colours, and all of those are saved when the app shuts down and restored when it comes up again.

./configure --with-apl-source-dir=/home/moller/personal/tinkering/gnuapl/trunk/src
