I have just found out via the savannah admin interface below
that the Axiom download page is still accessible directly
via

  http://savannah.nongnu.org/download/axiom

I have corrected the page

  http://page.axiom-developer.org/zope/mathaction/AxiomDownload

on MathAction to use this new url.
