Details:

The current man page implies you use the AVR Dragon's JTAG header to connect a
PDI (XMega) target in the same way you would do with a JTAG ICE mk II. The
current Dragon documentation (Aparently not available anywhere online, only
through AVRStudio) says to use the ISP header.

This is a problem because the AVRDUDE man page forms just about the only
online documentation of how to hook the Dragon up to an XMega.

The patch included is my first ever patch, so please check it carefully. I
also don't know how to compile a man page from a .texi file so consider it
untested.
