[avr-gcc-list] Uploaded new binaries for Win98

Hello,

I configured gcc as follows:
$ ./configure --prefix=/avrgcc --exec-prefix=/avrgcc --with-ggc=simple
--enable-languages="c" --with-included-gettext --with-gc=simple
--target=avr

Since I dont have access to a WIN9X machine, I cant test, if it works
now.

If it's still not working, someone else, who has the last stable cygwin
version (1.0), has to compile them.
