Since in Gnulib we assume autoconf >= 2.64 (see NEWS entry from 2020-08-16)
we can remove this workaround.

extensions: Simplify last commit.
* m4/extensions.m4 (gl_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS): Don't require
AC_GNU_SOURCE ever.
