Then it's likely a problem of Emacs, not AUCTeX. It would be good to
get a more self-contained test case for reproducing the error in order
to be sure and for reporting it to the Emacs developers.

Does the error also appear with one of the following command lines?

c:/programme/emacs/bin/emacs -q -no-site-file -no-init-file

c:/programme/emacs/bin/emacs -batch -q -no-site-file -no-init-file

c:/programme/emacs/bin/emacs -batch -q -no-site-file -no-init-file test.txt

c:/programme/emacs/bin/emacs -batch -q -no-site-file -no-init-file --eval
'(message "wuseldusel")'
