The function `regexp-opt' is part of the xemacs-base package. After
installing it (or a sumo tarball which includes the package) it should
work. (I don't know where this is packaged in Mandrake/Mandriva in
case you are using an XEmacs package provided by the distribution.)
BTW, you should also be able to get AUCTeX 11.55 through the XEmacs
package system in case you want to use that.
