[aspell-devel] Bug in proc script

Seems the proc script has a little bug.

The Makefile it creates don't contains code neither installing or
including the *_affix.dat file into the dist.

I've create a first alpha version of the Spanish LGPL dict from S Bosio.
Seems to work nicely copying by hand the needed affix file:
