It's not OGG, it's not an acronym.  It's not even Ogg, because what
audio players work with is Vorbis.  You won't see them playing Ogg
FLAC, Ogg Speex, Ogg Ghost, and OggPCM.  Yep, lots of audio formats
use Ogg.  Ogg is just a bloody container.

This is never clear.  It's like, hey my DVD player plays AVI.  Yeah?
Does it play all of Microsoft Cinepak, DivX, Xvid, MPEG-4 hacks, and
everything else that goes in AVI?  Of course it doesn't.

Gee, ranting again.  Sorry.

We have a large page maintained by the community with every known
software[1] and hardware[2] player of Vorbis.  FLAC has a small
database, too.  We don't have a database of products that deal with
Speex and Theora, yet.  Maybe someone would like to create and
maintain such list--would be most helpful that.
