        +1 to willpower, +1 diplomacy, +1 armor improvement (for Dwarves)
Ring of Banec's Speed
        +1 to agility, +1 Haggle, +1 climb
Ring of Talan's Truth
        +1 to strength, +1 hardness, +1 to all song skills (for Half-Elves
and Human Cantors)
I have yet to work out the bonuses associated with equipping all three
items, but I think there should be some.
