Wow! A lot's been going on!

Sorry I've been a bit quiet lately - stuck in the middle of exam 
revision :'(

For the Wiki, do I need to create a user account on the Wiki or at 
developer.berlios.de or both? (or does an account on one create one for 
the other?)
