[Adonthell-artwork] GUI widgets at last

Ok, here are the gfx for buttons, checkboxes, radio-buttons and a
cursor. The names should be fairly self-explanatory.
The button consists of a 'mid' bit which ca be tiled to make a surface
of any size. The you can surround it with the edge bits which are
similar to window borders. When the button is pressed use the 'pressed'
gfx for the border instead.
