[uracoli-devel] Refactoring of the documentation.

Hello, 

this weekend I started the refactoring of the documentation (back) to
a single doxygen project.

"scons doc" builds now install/doc and install/alldoc. alldoc is the place
of the new, documentation which will go with almost no "external" blocks.
If the refactoring is done, alldoc will go away and doc will stay as the
sole folder.

Also the number of Modules was reduced, and a group "Sensors" was
added.

If you have time, just try scons doc and send a short feedback about the 
result you find in install/alldoc.
