Usually, when I send a batch form of all applied patches,
this means that I just applied the patches in my private version
of TeXmacs. This does not imply that I released a new version.
Nevertheless, I usually release a new version every two weeks,
so you don't have to wait a long time :^)
The best is to suscribe to TeXmacs on freshmeat
in order to get the announcements of each new version.
