I don't think so. I guess it is based on something older, since in ming
0.3.0 the prototype is already
SWFAction compileSWFActionCode(const char *script);
(though it is not deprecated).
In fact ming 0.4.0 should be compatible with 0.3.0.
I had a look at the ming cvs and your version seems to come from
something anterior. But something strange is that even the oldest
actioncompiler.c has the new prototype:
