I am using the windows version of avi2swf, but when I have an "raw" AVI,

I get the AVI file from converting a 3gp file to AVI with 3gpToRawAvi.

3gpToRawAvi crashes on my Windows installation. Could you just
upload one of the AVIs? Thanks!

Also, what's the last log statement you see when you run "avi2swf.exe -v"
on the file?
