[Swftools-common] Running gif2Swf as a CGI application

Subject:	[Swftools-common] Running gif2Swf as a CGI application

I am having trouble figuring out the correct syntax to use to run
gif2Swf.exe as a CGI application.  The program is installed in a web server
directory and has the proper permissions to run.  Does anyone know the
proper format for calling this program from a browser?
