This is all right with never avifile versions (as your 0.7.38).
If it didn't segfault after this warning, all is well.

The SWF file looks o.k., too. How many frames does it have?
(I.e., what are the last few lines of the dump?)

Looks to me like you have a problem with your Flash browser plugin-
can you play other h.263 Movies (with Sound)?

I had this once, too- somehow movies with sound stopped playing in 
Mozilla after the first frame.
Try installing and starting ESD- that fixed the problem in my case.
