Hmm, this doesn't sound related to Swarm. Can you use JBuilder 4 to
create a project for a simple Hello World program? (Not using any
Swarm features..)
All that should be needed is to have Swarm-2.1.1\bin in the PATH and
have Swarm-2.1.1\share\swarm\swarm.jar as a jar file that JBuilder 4 can
see. Sometimes with an IDE it makes sense to `import' the jar file so
that it knows about the [Swarm] API in the editor environment.
Sorry I can't provide a recipe, I don't have JBuilder 4.
