It sounds like you have some upgrade of the DLLs, but I'm not sure which.
It doesn't appear to be stock 2.1.1.

Anyway, I'd say go ahead and upgrade to the very latest at:

  ftp://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/binaries/w32/latest

..grabbing libkaffeswarm.dll.gz and swarm.jar.gz. Both need to be unpacked
with "gunzip XXX.dll.gz". libkaffeswarm.dll should be installed in
/Swarm-2.1.1/bin and swarm.jar should be installed in /Swarm-2.1.1/share/swarm.

There is a new version of jheatbugs and jmousetrap for use with the above at:

  ftp://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/src/testing/jheatbugs-2001-03-28.tar.gz
                                            jmousetrap-2001-03-28.tar.gz

If you want to use Sun JDK, then you'll have to edit /Swarm-2.1.1/bin/jdkswarm
to say "1.3" instead of "1.2". It's obvious how to do this if you load up the
file in an editor.
