I couldn't reproduce what Bruno described unless I used -t.  And
you're talking about a body of code you have not attached.  Could
someone please just send me code that does it?

You don't need my code. '-t' was it.
If convenient, maybe add a conditional for this case next time you root around in the relevant code?
