Error message

Hi Marcus,

San you point me in the right direction for this error message?  The back trace in gdb doesn't show me anything.   This is not one of my typical simulations, it is a CA model and all memory allocations are done at startup, so I don't think it's a bad pointer.  It does occur far into the simulation, well over 1000 time steps.

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

Cheers,
