swarm.Globals package details

Hi,

In several pieces of Java code for swarm I encountered a call to

Globals.env.initSwarm

This method is briefly described in the ref. manual, but details about what
the method really does are not provided there. How can I find out more about
it in general? More specifically, does the call also set the following
variable (i.e., is a Swarm Zone initialized)?

Globals.env.globalZone
