Ahhh, that's good news. I hadn't realized that ImageMagick
could create animated gifs. Thanks for the info.

No need! ImageMagick runs on Windows as long as one has an
X server. And Paul's note indicates that he found one that
wasn't too bad. So, there's hope. Thank God for Cristy and
companies like DuPont that support him.
Paul, I'd be happy to write an FAQ entry for ZoomRaster movies.
But, like Benedikt mentioned, the ReadMe's (both Nelsons and
Benedikt's) seem sufficient. So, while there should be an
faq entry, the content of it can be taken from those files.
How about if you give me till next week? I'll be pretty
busy till then.
