You might also try:
ftp://ftp.santafe.edu/swarm-1.0.5-i586-pc-linux-gnulibc1-tcl7.4-tk4.0-blt2.1-libc5.2.18.tar.gz
There are sorts of weird compiler and libc compatibility problems that
can come up making binary distributions for GNU/Linux systems, this is
one built on an older system.
But really, if you are going to use Swarm with any frequency, and
you have a Redhat or Debian box, I'd suggest installing their versions
of Tcl and Tk and then build BLT and tclobjc from source.
