Hi All....

  A note about hotel reservations....

  The rooms have been booked starting on the 14th of Feb. 

  If you try to reserve a room for an earlier date, their
computer will tell them that there are no more rooms 
available. There are really still plenty of rooms, but
you have to identify the group of rooms by the starting
date of the 14th, as well as the SFI Swarm Users Group
package. Once they have the right package up on their
computer, they can probably negotiate an earlier arrival
or a later departure at the same rate.

 Again, you should finalize your room reservations soon,
as the hotel will not hold these rooms much longer.
