Installing SWARM on PPC-MkLinux (PowerMac Linux) / gcc-2.7.2.1.ppc.patch

Hi,

I'm trying to get Swarm up and running for the first time on my PPC
8500/120, using Ted Belding's very helpful notes from 10/6/96. However, I
am unable to find a copy of the file gcc-2.7.2.1.ppc.patch anywhere online
(I don't have the DR2 CD yet, and have assembled all the other prerequisite
components and libraries from MKL and SFI websites). Lacking this file, I
tried to skip on to ./configure, only to be informed that this MKLinux
version is unrecognized/unsupported. Assuming the missing patch is the
problem (and somebody please correct me if I'm wrong), is there any other
way to get the gcc-2.7.2.1.ppc.patch without having to wait to get the CD?
