    Before you go, I'd like to take the opportunity to thank you for your
support in using Swarm.

    A programmable system such as Swarm needs superb support to thrive, and
you've provided it, promptly and cheerfully.  You've taken the time to listen
and fully understand customer concerns, and resolve them well.  The MIT Media
Lab is lucky to get you.  With your talents as an individual contributor and
your gifts for collaborating and communicating with others, you're a golden 
addition to any engineering team.
